Cancellation and Changes

Guests should request cancellations or changes by WhatsApp as early as possible.

Flight delays, hotel changes and updated pickup times can usually be reviewed before dispatch, subject to vehicle availability.

The transfer team confirms whether a change can be accepted before the booking is treated as updated.
